Deep Tissue Massage

A massage to reduce muscles tension, improve pain, and reduce stress throughout the body. Essential oil, wet or dry heat as well as cupping may be applied before and during the massage.

Hot Stones and Wet Heat Packs

Dry and/or wet heat applications may be applied during your massage. Wet heat is useful to release deeper muscles whereas dry heat is useful while massage the superficial muscles.

Relaxation Techniques

During a massage, it is helpful to know how to relax into the body work so that one does not tense accessory muscles and create downstream concerns.

Cupping

Here cupping is used to bring blood flow to the area being worked to speed up recouperation and release muscle adhesions.

Essential Oils

Essential oils may be added to open the airways ( especially during allergy season when laying on your abdomen causes nasal irritation in the head rest). They may also be applied to enhance relaxation.

Topical Magnesium

Topical Magnesium is applied to reduce muscle cramping.

Post Massage Exercise and Supplement Suggestions

Exercises are suggested to help you continue healing and reducing muscle tension after you leave the office. Supplements may be suggested dependent on the patient and circumstances.
